Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. After that, the item is shipped via our supplier network in Europe, America and China to Nigeria.

Estimated delivery time to Nigeria: 10–30 days, depending on supplier location and customs clearance.

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or may be included; any express shipping option (if available) will incur additional cost.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided. Please ensure it is correct and complete. Datafy will generate a tracking number once the item is dispatched, and we will email it to you.

We do not accept returns for international shipping items unless the product is faulty or incorrectly described. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will liaise with the supplier for a replacement or refund.
